Sounds good with me. I have note read over your character sheet yet anyway.
I like the flavour of it. I also like having players feel heroic. Why be an adventurer if you are an average Joe.

True that. That was supposed to be the idea when Gary Gygax started D&D. Players were the Heroic ones defending the average joe.
So can I get a List of Who is playing what so I can get it straight in my head.
Who is Playing / Race / Class

Squirrel Lord is playing Goblin Rogue - Arcane Trickster Counterkid Halfling Dex Fighter - Champion BishGada Rock Gnome - Cleric 1 (Nature - Auril) / Wizard 4 (Abjurer) Chris1234 ½elf, Wizard (Bladesinger) TristenC Renwick "Golden Eye" Morren-Evenkeel, Male, Halfling (Stout), Barbarian, Totem Warrior
Get ready to convince them you mean them no harm lol. Or play the victim all tied up lol.
They have to get up to the 2nd floor though. Based on current pace. It may take a month of real time lol.

Your equipment in the room about 10 ft away.
Do you have a picture of your character?
I will make you a token for the map.

Queue the struggling Dwarf, tied up and in his skivvies.
Your gear is in a pile 10' from you. The red X in Roll 20, I added it after I took the screenshot.
You hear the half-elf walk around the corner.

I used the admin controls just now to test out your permissions and it seems to be working now. Are you still not seeing the reply button/field?
