[If cross takes the time to examine the book as well, he'll come to the same conclusion that the books likely contain clues to some currently incomplete cypher. The magical theory is still quite a bit over the heads of the arcane users present.]

Harmonia, The Loop: Adrastia, Pytor
Eventually the siblings make their way back to the inn. Did you want to keep walking for a while? Or would you rather stop back here? Adrastia asks.

Harmonia, The Toad’s Toe: Adran, Cross, Jerry, Merrick
Rautant scratches his chin in thought, More volumes? No... not that I'm aware of... though the way he always carried that one about, it seemed quite a habit to him. I'm sure he must have written others... perhaps left them various places he'd been. He did seem intrigued at the idea of Dominani's library. At least I gather he was interested in it from the last time I read this journal. If he did meet with the man and speak at length, it's possible something of his might have made its way there...

No worries, WizKid. The site has been down for a week due to a corrupted file, so you didn't miss much lately, lol.

After Cross' own examination. "Yes...there must be more... there is always more..." Cross will be quite relaxed in this comfortable studying environment.

Adran asks Do you perhaps know where we could find this man and his library? Or any other locations that Tannis frequented?

Rautant grins. Tannis was a roamer, i don't know that he frequented anywhere really. He was always in search of the next clue to his theories or a way to 'cross the planes' again... As for Dominiani, he is a doctor who treats madmen. He is well known as an intelligent and charitable man; both here and in the country of Gundarak to the north where he lives.

[Adran might recall the girl they offered to help is betrothed to Dr Dominiani, and she mentioned if they help her she would speak to him about allowing them access to his vast library.]

Merrick nods. It does seem a bit providential to find such a thing as the journal. Perhaps it was left like a trail of some kind by Tannis for any others trapped to find their way out...

Adran responds to Rautant Come to think of it I believe I might already have a contact to this man you speak of. Adran will then try to compare and contrast the symbols for as long as he can in the journal and the book from Aglos to see if he can decode the meanings.
