Missed this:
Yelb has Two-Handed fighting style, not Two-Weapon fighting style. They are different.

One allows you to use a 2-handed weapon better. The other allows you to use two-weapons at once better

Hmm... i looked back over Yelb's sheet and it looks like it says 2-handed in one place and 2-weapon in another.

I'll assume i made some error typing it up and it was intended to be 2-weapon. I'll fix it now

@Tristan - has Ornvul's troll been displaced by the deadly snakeman? Can both still attack him? i.e. bye bye stoneskin..
Or has Ornvul's troll collapsed?
If it had collapsed, would another one be able to replace it immediately?
Otherwise what was the reason why Ornvul didnt put the troll down?
Would the elf be able to move (without giving free attacks) so as to be able to put the troll on the far side of the snakeman (so that there's only one set of incoming attacks; as 6/round is too much to cope with)?
Finally, did the hut spell say that its construction (toughness) was as per stone? Is so, presumably it will take trolls quite a while to tear through stone.

Black circles over a creature indicate it is down. There is one active troll fighting Bish and one waiting in the doorway, unable to reach the party.
Ornvul's troll is down.
the snake-person is in that space now

The troll attacking yelb could feasibly reach Ornvul, but it is kind of preoccupied fighting Yelb and Seos.
Withdrawing moves back 1/3 speed and allows your attacks without provoking an attack

The walls are stone, the roof is covered with slate tiles, not thick blocks. Shattering/tearing off these slate tiles is not a daunting task for trolls. It probably won't take them long

Red means "Hurt Badly" or worse [at or below 50% of hps]
Black dot means dead (or in the previous troll- fight it meant an attached black pudding)
Green circle around means engulfed in Green Flame

So, like i said above,
If you're on the fence about attacking, wait to roll until after you decide. Once a roll is made by a player, it stands. You made rolls to attack the troll so those will apply to this round. You can throw rocks at the snake-person next round ;) Don't forget, Yelb is still in melee with the troll because it is attacking him!

Yes, yelb can see the glow, so knows there is a spell in effect. The int check passed so he was able to pay enough attention (while getting attacked by a troll, no less) to recognize it.




Chris:
Ornvul can wear the buckler while using bladesong, but not use it the round she uses bladesong.
