I rolled two misses before and, I think, only one of them was used. Therefore this one should be a miss. (And I thought whis would be move-firemove so that would be only one shot required.)
However, you're the GM so here we go:

you are correct that he used one shot last round, that was because he used his full movement. this round he used less than half of his movenent, so he gets both shots. that is why i needed a second attack for this round

If ONLY Dran was his 'higher self' lol, there are two incarnations of Katten, this one and a Pathfinder edition where she is 12th Level and Dran has just discovered he has Fae heritage and can see in the BLOODY DARK!
