It's not 3rd level flame arrow, it's second level "fire arrow" so I assume it's from external source and probably weaker than flame arrow.

[Bish: Fire Arrows the 2nd level spell from the Wizard spell compendium causes a campfire to explode into several fiery arrows. Since there is no campfire here, it will not work. In the interest of time, we can say Galan does his spell at the end of the round so you can choose a different one without loosing a round. For you next post choose your actions for the end of round 1 and for round 2]

The skeletal figure appears rather than steps out of the large chest, slashing twin scimitars already in motion! The nimble Dwarven rogue instinctually drops to a squat as the blur of steel cleaves the air above his head fast enough that it trims a thick lock of his trailing hair! Sorril and Elidyr immediately begin calling out loudly to Vangram Mondoon. Hearing the cries, the priestly Dwarf hustles his way back to the illusory passage and scurries down the cramped tunnel to join the others as the scene unfolds. Sorril hefts his magical shield and draws his truly powerful magical sword, wading into the melee without hesitation as one might expect from a paladin. He slashes mightily at the undead creature, making contact by the barest of margins. His near-artifact level magical sword rebounds off of bone with a deafening CRACK, removing only a small chip from the undead!
Faldair begins praying for the Blessings of the gods upon the party as Bryce gathers himself. Swiftly he draw-slashes with his magical daggar Longtooth, but it has no greater effect than the Paladin's sword upon the bony shins of his foe. He tries to circle around, but the skeleton is standing stradling the chest rather than emerging from it. A daggar flies from Elidyr at his perch still in the passage, making yet another tiny chip to whittle away at the skeleton. With a nod from Zafron, Tabbi and the more martial Mondoon free their Maces and move to engage the Giant. The halfing rogue has some trouble making contact with her heavy weapon, but the heavily muscled Mondoon makes contact not once but twice! Each bashing blow shatters large swaths of skeletal structure, badly damaging the Large undead!

Realizing Fire arrows are not available for casting, Galan quickly turns the melody to powerful, quickly diminishing and completely unharmonic sounds casting Enlarge in his reverse form. Then seeing his friends already in meelee with the skeleton, he circles them while drawing his lucky sword and attack from the left flank.
Faladair joins his side with his mace shining brightly as if the weapon itself has the will to destroy the evil creature.

The towering undead slashes again with blinding speed! One blade narrowly misses Sorril as the Paladin swaps to his flail. The second blade swings wide of Zafron, slipping from the skeleon's hand and smashing into the wall beside Van!
Undaunted by the flying blade, the Dwarven Priest raises his holy symbol and calls upon the power of his god. A golden light swells around him as he rebukes the creature but even channeled through such a dedicated Cleric, the holy power fails even to give the creature pause!
Faldair changes to his glowing mace and charges into melee, cracking a chunk free from his foe with a powerful strike that sends cracks spiderwebbing through the hip-bone. Sorril too manages to connect and the final blow shatters the cracked pelvis. With a clattering sound the bones tumble and scatter before vanishing.
