Ke'Sha peeks to the pit, and Gur unable to control himself lands on his master shoulder and peeks down as well. "It's dead." Ke'Sha states the obvious. "Probably smelled you." his lips twitch slightly in an almost undetectable smile.

Gur scans the pit through the dead gel, but nothing registers as magical

Sounds like Jack wants to go in? How is he getting down?

"You have that spell that let me fly around ready again Jag?"

"Indeed." Jag will cast fly on Jack.

He will then proceed to float down checking out the walls on the way down, slowly.

Can Jag get the hand to block the door with no target? Or does it need a target to start moving?
If the original opponent is slain, the caster can designate a new opponent for the hand. The caster can command the hand out of existence at any time.

(OOC: If you can move the hand, Jack can be the 'opponent' and the hand will 'block' him from falling while you move it downwards. Unless the hand tries to kill it... not sure which hand version is it.)

Axid replies to Stephen's question, "I can move objects. However it is one at a time and can be taxing to do so in terms of psp's and so if there is something that someone might want that seems to be worth it I can try. That being said now that the cube is 'bleeding' on the items they might be damaged."

"Pish posh, any item worth our time, is probably just being cleaned."

[using Jack as the target would probably work best/ easiest given the spell description.

Jag begins casting his spell, waving a bird feather around the roguish Jack. Shortly the casting is complete and the human rises easily into the air. Jack descends and begins to search the walls of the pit area. After 20 minutes or so he is convinced there is nothing hidden along the walls, he hovers just above the gelatinous mass. From here he can more clearly see the objects below... some seemingly random coins, a buckler, a dented helm, the blade of a short sword, dagger and what may be a small purple gemstone.

After the long search Jack pokes the goo. It proves to be rather cool, matching the rest of the dungeon. There is a lingering tingle, but no damage or loss of feeling that he can tell

[Nocturno]

He will bring up anything he deems valuable.
For sure the coins and gemstone. He will no submerge his head in though.
Preferring to use weapons or a stick to coax items out.

[the goop/ former cube is 10 ft deep. It will be difficult for him to fish any of that except maybe the helm out if he is just using a stick and/or not submerging himself]

Ke'Sha looks at Jack trying to avoid the jelly and says, "The undead doesn't have to breath, so if you consider some upgrades..." He then mentally commands Alrius to climb down and fetch whatever Jack will instruct him. Without a blink and completely silence, Arlrius steps to the edge of the pit, bends forwards and managing to finding holds on the tiniest irregularities of the wall, starts to quickly climb down the pit wall, his limbs moving in disturbing angles and his head facing the floor, the only sounds are his sword hilt banging the wall from time to time.

(OOC: Just curiousity, will "part water" or "shape water" will affect the goo?
Regarding Alrius, I think the ju-jus have spider climb or something. Not sure if it will work in the pit, but I though it will add to the creepy atmosphere.
BTW, sorry I didn't think of it before and save you a 'Fly' spell...)
