"Does that include me?" Eldon asks in curiosity, "We can lodge here, there are rooms available."

Fraso looks at Liri as if seeing her for the first time, and ponders her question. "My report was to the MageGuild, and as such was a private matter. I would not dissuade you from reporting back to your own people, provided you can find a secure means of doing so. There are no...scheduled for this evening, so...assure you. Significant, that is..." Liri struggles to hold onto the thread of Fraso's answer, but the shadows cast by the cookfire on the wall of the tavern next door look so much like a horse - and that other one looks like a winged horse, no wait, not really a winged horse. More like a hippogryph. But hippogryphs hate horses. Do shadow hippogryphs hate shadow horses?

[OOC] Who is Eldon talking to? If Fraso, then [/OOC]
"As long as my team has approved you, you may..."
Eldon does not really hear the rest. It seems so unimportant compared to the drop of beer sliding down the side of Angel's tankard.

"He is ok with me."Angel says simply, placing her tankard on the table Angel walks to the counter "A room please?" Looking back at Liri she shrugs.

Bastian looks at Jerrard with a sly look. "Well, there's a few questions first! Let us see....." Bastian makes an exaggerated 'pondering' gesture, cupping his chin in his hand. "You said that you were a warrior, Master Jerrard. Under whom did you serve?"

This Fraso was maddening, Liri thought. Something about him made her lose her focus every time. No, not every time. In the bathhouse, when he was naked, it was perfectly possible to follow his words. If only she knew what caused this... But she had understood enough, she thought. The evening with the commander was not an official affair, she had to take his word for it. Still, that would perhaps have been her place as well, but she had no way to force it now. She had allowed herself to be distracted... well, she might as well enjoy that distraction. She gets up and follows Angel.

Angel watches Liri approach, giving a curious glance towards the rest of the group.

[ooc]His name is Eldon[/ooc]

"Warrior?" Eldon laughs, "I am not sure where you got that idea, I am no Warrior. I am Viatori, we are all trained to fight to defend the tribe." Sipping his drink he draws a dagger, flipping it in his hand letting the hilt land deftly into his palm. "I am an Entertainer by trade, but I can turn my hand to almost anything."

"So what's the deal with those two?" He asks, leaning into Bastian, his eyes on Angel and Liri. "Strange Pair." He stops trying to look at Fraso, the man was too confusing.

"Well, the best way to put it is to say that Angel prefers oysters and Liri simply appreciates the meal." Hopefully the metaphor makes sense with the newcomer. If he'd not had a chance to see an oyster the imagery would be totally lost. ((LOL! Gotta throw in the Spartacus reference!))

[ooc: The answer wouldn't be as much fun if he hadn't!]

"I kind of got that idea." He laughs quietly. "She looks the type doesn't she?" Winking he sips his beer again, "So, we are going on a Trip?" He asks both Bastian and Fraso.

Angel rises and walks out of the tent, finding herself out in the caravan square. There are several inns near the restaurant-tent. Having no information about any of them, she picks one at random and walks toward it, Liri following behind.

======================

Fraso fails to respond to Eldon's question. Or maybe he does. It is hard to tell. Hiric casts a hostole glance in toward the newcomer, after throwing a quick warning "ssst" at Sallia, who had been staring at the viatori.

====================

[OOC@Ish] Bastian does not detect a speck of untruth in what Eldon told him. [/OOC]

Bastian stares at Fraso expectantly for answer, but apparently nothing is going to come forward. Or had it? Who knows? That man is just bizarre...

When Hiric makes his warning to Salia, Bastian just snickers openly and winks at the girl. How was well aware of how people can get overwhelmed by Elven appearances. Just look at Angel! Then again, Liri IS a striking woman. Hmm....apparently Bastian has ingratiated himself to Liquitus too much tonight. His mind is wandering from place to place with well-lubricated ease!

"I think I may need to find lodging soon, though I'm not exactly tired yet. Eldon, is there much to do here after sundown or is this it?"

\"I just need a bed.\" Angel explains, heading to the closest, holding Liri\'s hand she steps inside.

Liri follows quietly, her elven looks drawing attention enough.
