Voyage of the Horizon Seeker

"I am rather looking forward to the show, aren't you? Babushka asks Locky. "I hope people will let us sit in the front row, because we are shorter than anyone else."

[Jenara]

Locky watches from the front, sitting cross legged she ignores the reaction to her, possibly unaware of it at all.

[Jerrard]

Jerrard ushers the two women to the deck, standing well back he prepares to cast some minor cantrips to aid the show, if Caron could see him now.

"Ladies, the stage is yours, I will add some sounds, and some effects." He smiles.

Imani walks out on deck barefooted. She is wearing one of Malika's costumes, so she jingles a little as she walks along the deck to the front of the crowd. At first she looks a little nervous as it has been awhile since she has done anything like this. Though, she puts on a smile, grips the long, colorfully blue veil in her hands, and takes a deep breathe to calm to herself. She offers a small smile to the crowd then turns her back to them, and then gives a nod to the crew member they asked to play music for them so that the dance would be complete.

As this was mostly Imani's idea, she was the one that would get to start this off. The music was slow a first, and Imani's hips slowly glided from side to side. As the tempo seems to pick up, she adds more elements into the dance. Her hips gained pace with the tempo while her arms moved along her body. The veil in her hands adds to the effect while she twirls along gracefully with the music.

Malika joins in at this point, her arms and hips swaying with the music much like they have seen her to before. Each twirl is timed perfectly together between the two women. Their hips seem to rotate along together as they join hands and circle one another as if they were dancing around a bonfire within their confides of their own tribe. Both women look to be enjoying themselves, especially Imani now that she has managed to get over her nerves of performing.

Once the music ended, Imani and Malika turned to the crowd and gave sweeping bows.

Babushka claps her hands and cheers in applause, though her sounds are probably drowned in the sailor's.

Even Tameral takes an interest in the performance, though at a distance, lest he be disturbed by bothersome company.

There are a score of people watching the performance, not including anyone in the party. When the dance is over, all of them applause--some even cheer or whistle, as well.

Malika seems to feed on the applause, and steps forward, blowing kisses to the audience and waving to them, which encourages them to cheer further.

Imani laughs lightly at the cheers, whistles, and applause. "Who wants to come up here and dance with us?" Imani calls out to the crowd.

[Jerrard]

Jerrard adds some small touches to the performance, including lights and some haunting smoke. He does keep a close eye on Mailka from behind, stepping forward a touch when she starts to enjoy the applause, but doesn\\\'t act.

Locky jumps up before anyone can stop her, jumping on the stage she dances with abandon.

[HorizonsDream]

Imani looks down to Locky. "That's the spirit," she says before she walks into the crowd in search for Ulster.

[Jenara]

Leaning forwards, Locky grabs Babuskha\'s hand and pulls her to the stage, \"Dance with me.\" She grins.

[Breila]

"Oh, hush now, I can't dance" Babushka says, trying to pull out of Locky's grip.

[Jenara]

Not accepting for an answer Locky pulls Bab on the stage and takes her hands dancing slowly to the soft tune Jerrard makes with magic.

An impromptu party breaks out upon the deck of the Horizon Seeker. Malika ends up dancing with three young men simultaneously. Searching through the crew, Imani spots Ulster and Thuskar back over by the main mast. Thuskar is leaning against the mast itself, while Ulster claps along to the music.

"Break out the grog!" one sailor exclaims, causing whoops and cheers of delight.

"No! No grog!" the captain demands. This triggers a chorus of groans of disappointment.

With a sigh, the captain rubs his forehead. "Alright, fine. One cup. I don't want a bunch of hungover crew tomorrow!"

Cheers rise again. A few moments later, an ogre steps forward carrying a large keg. A couple of humans then start passing out metal cups to everyone.
