Imani turns to face the dwarf that is fighting Locky. Despite her injuries, she moves behind the dwarf and takes her chance.

Fikod rushes for the cover of the building as fast as his wounds will allow, intent on putting something between him and the crossbows. He hopes to beat out any bolts. He will throw another dagger if able (please roll for me) at the last daergar in melee.

Init 7, Hit AC-2, 4 damage

Edit: Put in dice rolls and clarified his intents.

Jerrard crawls over to the male elf, uncharacteristically ignoring the female for now. Inspecting the male's wounds, he discovers they are severe--but he still yet breathes, although just barely. There's nothing the wizard can do about any poison, but he can at least bandage the wounds. Ripping off pieces of his own robe, he goes to work to stop the bleeding.

Fikod attempts to hurry to the nearest building for shelter, but he's exhausted and sore--and has his gear always been this heavy? He barely makes it ten feet before needing to stop and rest. He tries to fling a dagger at Imani's opponent; it's an expert throw, but he's so weak it doesn't even get within five feet of the target. This leaves him exposed and out in the open, but luckily none of the Daergar seem to care--they're more interested in the targets that can actually be a threat.

Locky calls for Ulster and Thuskar to help Imani, then stabs at the last meleeing Daergar. However, she slips in the blood of the fallen and her hoopak escapes her grasp, clattering to her feet. Two more bolts fly at her, but she manages to evade them.

One of the female Daergar takes aim at Imani and fires, only to find her crossbow has jammed. Swearing a storm, she tosses it aside and reaches for her axe.

Short sword at the ready, Jeremy moves up to the nearest crossbowman and strikes, catching his opponent off-guard and nicking him with the blade.

Hearing the kender's call, Ulster turns toward them. "Imani, no," he whispers, and quickly aims and fires at the offending dwarf. However, the shot is wide and misses altogether. Much to his relief, Thuskar does likewise, and manages to shoot the dwarf in the flank. The dwarf, who had been ready to end Imani's life, suddenly stops in mid-swing, giving Imani enough time to cut her to shreds. The Daergar falls dead at her feet.

Imani has no time to savor her victory. Another Daergar then shoots her in the neck, dropping her. A second Daergar does likewise with Jeremy, causing him to fall face forward.

"Haha, it's over!" says one Daergar in Common, so everyone can hear. "Finish off the stragglers, and let's call it a day!"

Jeremy moves 40 feet northeast and attacks Daergar 05 with his short sword (1d20): 13, hit for (1d6): 2 damage.
Ulster fires a sheaf arrow from his short bow at Daergar 02 (1d20): 7, miss.
Thuskar fires his light crossbow at Daergar 02 (1d20): 16, hit for (1d6): 6 damage. Daergar 02 falls.

Crawling forward slowly Jerrard reaches for his pouch and produces a small wand from his pack and lets loose a wave of energy, 60ft long, and 20 wide aimed right between 7 and 8

(The spell affects 6, 7, 8 and 9, save VS wand or run away for six rounds.)

Fikod hurries toward the building for cover, his lungs burning and his wounds aching with every step.

Thuskar and Ulster continue firing at the Daergar, but the only one to hit is Ulster, and only then, another glancing blow. Fortunately, neither of them gets shot, either.

Locky evades a stray bolt, and quickly grabs her hoopak off the ground. She spots another Daergar heading toward her, axe in hand.

Jerrard manages to climb up to the lip of the depression and speaking the command word, blasts a cone of fear at a pair of dwarves. The female seems unaffected, but the male suddenly turns and flees the scene, yelling gibbering in terror. The female turns toward Jerrard and shouts something in Dwarvish, pointing at the mage.

Another dwarf fires at Thuskar, and his crossbow jams. He also yells something in Dwaven, then tosses the weapon aside, drawing his axe.

Fikod slows himself to a halt, grinding his molars against the blackening of his vision and the burning of his wounds. Flipping another pair of daggers from their sheathes he waits for Daergar 8 to come into range before sending them at the axe-wielder.

"Mage! Down!" he shouts with the last of his breath, after overhearing the Daergar's plans.

Init 8 (with dagger modifier), Hit AC 2 for 1 dmg, Hit AC -3 for 3 dmg

(Why didn't you NPC Babushka to come back with Ulster and Thuskar? It would be very unlike her to stay back and watch over Malika, animals and treasure while her friends are fighting for their lives?)

On her way back from the camp, Babushka decided to take a longer route and attack #10 from behind with the longtooth and normal daggers.

INIT (mod) 10, hits AC -5 and AC 0 , for a total of 7 damage

Again speaking the ancient, draconic command word, Jerrard blasts another Daergar with his wand. He stops suddenly, then whirls around and flees in terror like the other one. Before the mage can savor this victory, though, a bolt suddenly embeds itself at his feet. Before he can even react, he feels a sudden, sharp pain in his chest. Looking down, he spots a bolt stuck there. Very dizzy, for the second time today the world spins around Jerrard before falling into darkness.

Fikod calls out a warning to the mage, but he either didn't hear it or paid it no mind. The Hylar throws a dagger at the Daergar coming at Locky, but he's so weak the weapon just bounces harmlessly off her armor. He reaches for a second one, only to discover he's all out--he's thrown all four daggers already.

Ulster fires at one dwarf and misses. He takes aim again, when suddenly the dwarf turns and starts to run away. He manages to shoot him in the buttocks, causing him to jump and shriek, but it's not a fatal blow. "Yeah, you better run!" Ulster shouts, not understanding what just happened. He searches for another target.

Suddenly, behind the eastern most building, Babushka appears, brandishing her daggers. Having abandoned Malika and the pack animals, she strikes the Daergar from the flank, severely cutting into her. The dwarf whirls to face this new opponent, when a bolt from Thuskar's crossbow knocks her to the ground, bleeding.

Locky slings a rock at the Daergar coming at her, but she is moving too quick and the rock sails overhead. The kender then dodges a bolt, but this leaves her in an awkward position which prevents her from avoiding the charging Daergar's axe. It cuts into her deeply, but she's able to twist her body away just in time so that the blow isn't fatal. Still, she's in bad enough shape to make one question if even a kender's luck can finally run out.

Fikod shrugs his pack and draws his short sword and moves to engage Daergar 8, eyes blank and face shining with sweat. His mustachios are limp and fraying from their braids, and each step pains him considerably.
