But seriously, I'm here i swears it! I usually am checking this all the time lol, just these past few weeks have gotten me... in a kerfuffle? a tizzy? maybe just confusedly distracted lol.

Oh, and at nocturno a sigh for reminiscing because I also once had a WoW guild that was awesome and those were the days, was mostly a great group of people that I find myself missing a bit :(

It had its moments for me and I rarely miss the game itself, or more accurately whats it has become lol. But you get the right group of people together, in my case I knew a few in real life which helped, and it is just amazing mind blowing fun... which is what we're doing here!

And the three of you must have notifiers because not too long after i posted I see you all have logged on! Coincidence? No such thing! It's a conspiracy of the highest order.

I don't know how old you guys are, but WoW wasn't my generation..

I miss playing tabletop personally.

And the notifiers don't work for me at all.

It wasn't part of my childhood either. I miss the fresh smell of 2e ink before 3e came around... and the bizzarre off-the-cuff crap i'd pull as an inexperienced DM... see signature for example :D

I have been thinking of reviving the original Tomb of Horrors... full-on dungeon crawl. I'd convert it for 2e, but keep everything else the same... anyone potentially interested?

I must have been still in character when I posted that, I don't think of him as being the most reasonable level headed of people... for the most part >.> or maybe that's just my character.

Which type of tabletop is that? I envision multiple forms of table top games but that might just be my mind seeing ghosts.

WoW wasn't for everyone, lol. But i remember playing with this really awesome 70 something year old lady who rocked the game pretty well, there were others but she come to mind off the bat... mostly because she was so awesome lol.

Childhood?

I was 20 when I started to play it... Thank god I already met my wife or I would still be living with my friend and playing in his basement.

I actually did not play 2e until about 3 years ago when My friend who did play it originally brought it forward at our weekly MTG games.

Now we mix SR MTG and D&D... but we all have kids starting to get near double digits(in age) now so we don't get to play much.

I also just visit the site every 30 minutes when it is slow at work.

Perhaps childhood was the wrong word, but I started dm-ing arouns the age of 14, so I guess I still kind of associate it that way. I'm in my thirties now.

I have a similar addiction with checking while working...
