Artanis heeds Pyros' warning and does not, at least for now, make a dash for the door. "Curses, foiled again." He watches the window for any movement of the curtains or from behind the curtains (if sheers).
He is indeed paying attention to the man behind the curtain.

Pyros listens intently, but doesn't hear anything out of the ordinary.
Artanis watches the curtains a moment longer (not sheer) before they move slightly back to their original position.

Artanis waits for another couple of minutes, watching the curtain for even the slightest movement again. If he sees none, he will nod to Pyros then bolt for the door. And hope that Pyros follows him.

Pyros returns the nod, but he is unsure what they were nodding about.

[Ok, no word from rivi recently so moving Merrick back]
Merrick and Mira: [East]
Merrick returns to where Mira was before, speaking quietly, Are.. are you still here?
Cross, Elsa and Jerry: [South]
Crap, i can't see anything...
Artanis and Pyros: [North/West]
The ranger watches closely, but sees no motion. He nods to Pyros and bolts towards the house, reaching it apparently without raising alarm...

"Yes, walk to my voice." When he gets close she grasps his hand trying not to grab anywhere else as she didnt want Merrick or Jerry to get the wrong idea. "I suspect Artanis is going to try something, he's quite rash. If he does I think they will either attack him or come through this door, if they do we have to try to stop them. I think they will try to slow us again, or something else, I Have to stop that."

Pyros understands the nodding!
He bolts as fast as his legs will take him bobbing topknot and flailing hoopak.

Artanis whispers to Pyros. "Check the door to see if it is trapped, locked and try to open it. As quietly as possible."

[Ok... i know i replied to this... my phone has been crap-tastic today.]
Pyros checks the door thoroughly for any trip wires, triggers, pressure plates or latches that cpuld dump boiling hpt berry juice (or something even worse!) on him. Finding nothing, he sets about unlocking the door; finally managing it with a satisfying
