If he feels that his new "leg" doesn't make too much noise he will start to head forward with Adran.

Pyros finds some scuff marks in the longer passage to the right. Not tracks, exactly, but something.

Adran will ask Pyros, Do the marks on the ground appear to be recent? He will also ask let the group know of what he sees ahead and ask which way they would prefer to go....My vote would be to follow the marks on the ground and go to the right.

"Do they look like something's dragged a dead body?"
