"Whatever you think will help, Jerrard," Imani says as she turned her attention to the commotion. "Well, I could use a small break, so we might as well check out what is going on." Plus, Locky was all ready over there, and they didn't know how the new person was going to react to a kender. Walking over to the rest of the group, so tries to get a glimpse of the new person through the crowd.

Jerrard, Imani and Malika join Locky in going to see the elf survivor.
"Think nothing of it," the captain says. "Someone fetch the poor man some food and water." One of the sailors hops to it, and quickly brings the elf some dry rations and a full waterskin.
"Now then," the captain says only after Temeral has sufficiently fed and hydrated himself, "Who are you? How long have you been out here? And what became of the ship you were on?"

"I'll be honest with you, most of the people on the ship were dead before the...incident."
Temeral takes a moment to make sure his herbs aren't ruined before continuing.
"They planned to sell me as a slave, but I managed to escape my cell, reclaim my stuff, and kill enough of 'em to take command of the ship, but soon after I heard one of 'em shout: what the hell's that, not sure if the ship ran into something, or something ran into the ship... It's a blurred memory."
(ooc: he won't immediately react to locky's symbol, people often wear symbols without knowing or caring about the meaning of them, especially younger people.

Jerrard keeps his distance from the newcomer, taking Locky by the shoulder gently, he moves her back a little. "Give him some space my dear." He lets The Captain deal with the Elf.

Babushka had looked up when the commotion began, but was too slow to react to get into the front row. So she stayed where she was, sure that Locky would tell her everything there was to know and then some, smiling in anticipation.

"Hmm, you must be quite lucky then, friend elf," the captain says. "Not only have you survived, but escaped slavery, as well. Well, we are currently heading toward Silvanesti. We can drop you off there, if you like. Or you can stay until we turn back for Khur. It's your choice. Have you a name?"

"My name is Temeral, and I have no place with the Silvanesti."
He ponders for a moment before inquiring"What can you tell me about Khur?"

"We don't either really." Locky darts forward, offering her hand. "I'm Locky and Khur is a horrible place, lots of people treated badly, people locked up and forced to do things no one will tell me about.. Say have wov been to a brothel? No one will tell me what happens there.. Are you hurt?" Locky says talking really fast.

"Khur is a desert," Imani says. "There are a few different tribes, and each of them are ruled by a Khan. Most of the Khan's rule through fear and intimidation," Imani explains. "There are a few elves, but most of them are either magic users under the employ of a Khan, or they work in the brothels. It is doubtful it is the place for you."

"You seem to have an objective, let me help you, it's the least I could do." Temeral says to the captain while distancing himself from the 'child'.

"As you like," Imaran says. "You know much about sailing?" He turns to this crew and claps his hands twice. "Alright, that's enough. Everyone back to work. I want us moving again, we still have a way to go!" Reluctantly, the sailors turn back to their duties.

"I won't know exactly what I'm doing, but I can pull ropes, so long as you tell me the ones to pull, if need be, I can also clean, and I could toss together a few herbal remedies." Temeral explains.

Locky looks rather taken back for at least two seconds, until her mind goes to something else and wanders over to Babuskha.
"Well he is very rude, and he thinks he is a sailor." She shrugs, "Oh well, he isn't that interesting and you should have seen his reaction to my Symbol." She wanders off, looking to another part of the ship.
