Woody addresses Isaril, Jim and Nixthi specifically looking at them. "I would be willing to go down third after Alecia and Sue. Is anyone else able to join me in the bucket? I can not see in the dark but I can cast the light spell to provide light in the dark for us if no one has torches or lanterns."

Jim studies the bucket briefly. "I believe two at a time will be best, no reason to attempt three. Sue and Alecia first descent and I would suggest another capable of healing wounds go along with Evenwood here for the second descent. That marks me for the third descent" Looking over at Nix and Isaril he continues "If one of you has the power of healing then you are in group two. The other is with me."

Rapping her fingers on the side of the bucket Alecia waits for someone to make thier minds up.

"Oh for Tymoras sake!" She finally blurts out, "Sue, get in the blasted bucket! The quicker we do this the quicker..." She steadies herself, fighting the rising nausea in her stomach.

Jim glances at Alecia sitting in the bucket waiting to go, turns to Sue and with a calm measured tone says "I believe you should get in the ..blasted bucket.. Sue. I am sure you do not want to cause the lady to become impatient."

Sue jumps in. Hand on his longsword hilt and prepares to grab his shield if needed.

Nix gives Alecia a confident look.. much more than he feels at the moment. I'm going in the next group. He says insistently.

"Nix, do you have a light source to see the dark? Do you have any healing capabilities?" ask Evenwood a second time.

Nix turns his solid silver-eyed gaze on Evenwood. I can see in the dark just fine. But if Alecia is going now, I am going next.

Keeping an eye on what appears to be a very intense Nix, Jim says to Evenwood "Don't really think it matters much if he has any healing abilities, he won't allow himself to be seperated from her for long. Besides, two people who can lay down some pain are just fine for the second descent team."

"Nix, we will have time to get to know each other as we go down the bucket together.

Alecia and Sue descend into the well shaft, transitioning from the torch lit area into abrupt blackness after the pair have time for three deep breaths.

Those watching from above might judge the bucket to have descended at a gentle walking pace.

Those being lowered feel the bucket wobble slightly as their eyes seek to adjust to darkvision.
