And I have a question.
Bards and armor.
The players handbook and the complete book of bards that says she can wear armor up to chain but it doesn't say anything about spells while wearing said armor. It doesn't specifically say she can't cast wearing it... so I wondered what you thought.
To me her magic is music. As long as the armor doesn't restrict her playing or singing why would it affect her magic?

Bard skills (like influence reactions, countersong, etc) can be used in armor; arcane spells cannot. While music is the way she focuses her magic, it is not the source. The song or poem or music (depending on a particular bard's methods) are like the somatic components. A goblin barbarian could recite magic words and go through the motions of casting and everything perfectly, but it wouldn't allow him to cast. The magic simply won't work properly when wearing armor.

This is where player knowledge and character knowledge differ.
As a player I got that link a while back, but Mira hasnt yet.. she'll get there. I expect that with Jerry's int she'll be able to help bridge that knowledge.

Not being difficult or arsy, just want to keep the main game thread maximum fresh/real, if that makes sense.

If it helps, anyone knowing of Mystra would prob know also that Jerry (and her ilk) are encouraged to spread magic, so that might be a 'reason' to come and warn her discretely about stuff.

Only Artanis (the Ranger) and Yasir (Jerry has not met) are familiar with Mystra, both are from Faerun. The others are all from Krynn (which has no were-creatures) or Generic Prime Material Plane#4 (my own thing)

The move was successful (as much as my wife was hoping the movers would lose me, alas I made the trip without being lost or damaged along the way) and I am now back on-line. I'm up to page 49 of the game thread. Lots to catch up on, including another character from the Realms! Perhaps Jerry has heard of the deeds of the mighty (currently incarcerated) warrior, Yasir. He who single handedly slew a red dragon, lich and death knight all in a single round.

And a beholder and a mated pair of tarrasques too, wasn't it?
