No, I'd need to create sub-forums myself. Only admins can create or delete forums.
EDIT: Okay, up and ready. Let me know if something's amiss (it's been awhile since I've made a new forum). Nocturno should have full moderator access, and Chris, SquirrelLord, and counterkid should be capable of posting there as regular members now.

Can you please add a subforum for each player.
Chris1234, counterkid, and Squirrellord. Please add permissions for myself and each of them to their own forum.
Is there a way to make me an admin of just the one sub forum where I can create sub forums for if the part splits up?
If not I understand.

There is, but Jaded obviously has this covered, I'll leave this to him.

Personally, I don't understand this new trend of constantly splitting the party up all of the time. Back in my day, we went out of our way to avoid that.
Anyway, your sub-forums are now up. Each member should only have access to their own. Let me know if I messed it up, but I'm pretty sure I got it right.

Ok, folks. We have a Half-Elven Bladesinger, a Goblin Arcane Trickster, and a Halfling Champion! Anyone else interested?

Thought about it, but I have no experience with 5E at that level. Most of my characters have never made it past 1st level, so I'm not sure how well I'd do at 5th level.

It's more forgiving than any earlier versions.
If you've got the time to play, why not have a try?
(If you're unsure about wading through the various race/class/background combos, I'd be happy to try and help.)

The thing about 5th is:
Higher is always better.
Far less modifiers, especially to rolls.
Avantage/Disadvantage is amazing.
Short rests are awesome, and long rests full heal.
If you want to give it a go, I'm all for answering questions, and there are tons of sources for premades.
Also the reason I am starting at this level is:
You can get your character to the point where it is starting to be customized, everyone will have picked their Archetype, and had a stat increase/feat choice put in.
Most classes will have their second attack, and the HP totals should be a nice cushion to make encounters fun.

I have some questions.
What sort of pacing are you hoping to maintain, in terms of expected posting rates?
Is this more of a hack-and-slash, dungeon crawler type of game or something more story oriented? How important are personal relationships with NPCs and such?
How will dice rolls be handled, as Planet does not have its own dice roller?

At minimum I'd like twice per week, but can handle much faster.

This will be as story oriented as the players make it. Unlikely to meet a "dungeon", keeps, towers or a villains lair is more likely.
As a player I like setting up connections, so you can get local information when needed, so if players want to engage in that, I am fully supportive of that.

I'm currently using USS, as that is the only roller I have used here, but if someone were to link me rolls from elsewhere, I'm fine with that.
I am going to assume people are here for fun, and not wanting to cheat on some rolls.

Sounds good. A cleric will reducing the resting time.
