Very good question, I imagine a 20ft long reticulated Python with red eyes.

We have been approach ing it as a real one, its magical.

Thank you, Sim is slowly making Esse aware of it, I think she was on the right in the first place, she plans to gouge its eyes out.

The eyes.... the eyes are its power, we knew that at the start.

Hey, lady, if it looks like a duck and it walks like a duck, then it's a hedgehog...or maybe a dwarf.

I did post the length and weight of the snake, and that the eyes are rubies (hard gems); doesn't anyone read my posts? :?

Yes, LWW, we do read your posts. It's just that sometimes we don't remember the specifics from day to day.

I was just wondering whether I had missed something.
I couldn't figure out how the tongue of a 15' snake could possibly manage to 'bitch slap' anyone.
I thought maybe something had changed.

All I know is that I'm slowly being crushed by a bedazzled snake!

rotflma: That was funny. And true.

@stik
That's the beauty of fantasy. You can get a tounge lashing from a 15' rhinestone snake and you might still make dinner, er.....be dinner . We are after all at the whim of the DM.
Still, I'm guilty of not going back and reading the older posts either. *sigh* and LWW so hates to repeat herself.

Where did you state that you are "gouging out the eyes"? I don't see it in your post on the game thread/ Even though it was stated in this thread, it wouldn't count, since it is not the actual gaming thread.

I cannot presume an action takes place, that is only discussed during strategy conversations.

That's because I didn't...

Like I said, I thought I did, but I was wrong... no problem.

Decision options:

1 - remain in art gallery and deal with other murals.

2 - pick the northern door.

3 - pick the western door.

4 - back up the stairs and run away.

Just need to know what everyone decides to do, in case I have to get the description for the doors ready. Don't forget to refer to the posted map if you need reference points. Thanks.

Until it is finally decided which door has been opened, I cannot post any map, nor description of what lies beyond. Also, is everyone done with the art gallery, or are they going to try for more gems in the untouched murals? I can't be guessing actions.

Ok folks, I was just contacted by a new member to the boards, biggbrad, and he asked to join the party. Since the game is going slowly, I don't see the problem with adding a 7th member to the game. He's been given permission to the topics, and he'll get started as soon as I ok his character. So, just a heads up.

Cool... someone else joining in would be Interesting !

Ok, look, I could post everyday, but this is supposed be a party effort, i've already made a unanimous desicion...

So... I'll wait to see what everyone else does.

Cool, another player may be just the thing we need to survive this place. Right now Sim is all out of useful spells and seriously contemplating running back to fresh air and daylight if/when melee occures. After all I am not at full health and I have no fighting skills.

I'll be the guy in the back telling you to duck.
