The Dried Oasis.

[Korgen]

" I'm not taking part in any raid, so why should I come with you to meet him?" Mary stares at midnight as she shouts, with her meal now finshed. the bar goes silent and the gaze of many people wander over to the group.

[Jenara]

"Because I asked you to." Hazel responds softly, tapping her hand gently. "And we need to get you some clothes remember?" Seeing the looks she turns around and glares for a moment back at the others. "You have an issue?" She asks softly, her voice full of menace.

[Korgen]

The people slowly return to their meal, glancing towards the group often enough. Mary sighs lightly. " If you want me to answer questions about what they did to me, or where they brought me, I won't answer. So there is no point for me to go. Besides, that guard isn't going to give me any clothes."

[Jenara]

"You are a stubborn little thing aren't you?" Hazel says with a wide grin, "Fair enough, stay here then, stay out of trouble." Her hand still resting on the girls she adds. "We will find you some clothes when I return."

"Come with me a moment?" She says to the girl, standing and shooting the patrons another glance, moving to a table in the far corner she whispers. "Will you tell me what happened to you one day?"

[Korgen]

Mary follows and answers with a pause.. " The day you speak of yourself, I will speak of myself." She quickly adds " be sure to get good clothes."

[Jenara]

"Later." She says with a sly smile, "And I will get what I can. Stay, sit." Walking back to the table she approaches Hrothgar, "Shall we go to see the Commander?"

[The_Muffin_Man]

Hrothgar watches this whole exchange with a confused look on his face. "uhh.. yeah."

[Jenara]

"Come then." Sword clanking at her side she grabs her drink, gulping it down in one motion and shoots Mary a warning glance.

Stepping out into the street she leads Hrothgar to the Commander, "Mary has been away from people for sometime, much like myself." Hazel explains as she walks, "We understand each other somewhat."

Hrothgar glances down at the small woman. "If you say so. My people are a little more outgoing than the people around here. We also tend to celebrate life a little more."

[Jenara]

"I will not get into a debate, let us talk to Gelpas, and see what he knows." With that she increases her pace, arriving at the entrance once more.

[Korgen]

The guards at the entrance are once again completely distracted. They motion for you to go in, while yelling to Gelpas. "Your date is here Captain!"

[Jenara]

Shooting the guards an evil look, Hazel steps inside the Barracks, heading straight to Gelpas's office, "Those guards are going the right way to get a dagger in the back "

Knocking on the Captain's door she walks straight in.. "He talked?" She comments as she takes a seat.

Hrothgar easily keeps stride with Midnight and barely surpresses a chuckle but says nothing else.

[Korgen]

The captain glances from his papers, "Yes, he talked. The base is abit away. The number of forces is worrying, and this could all be a lie. Close the door and sit down."

[Jenara]

As she is already seated, Hazel motions to Hrothgar to close the door and sits with her hands crossed over her lap. "Number of forces?" She asks, "What did he say, exactly?"
