Jocelyn awkwardly returns the hug. "Well, we came here to get the curse removed, so I guess we can head back to the boat to go to Mond now," she says.

Naras returns Ouragana's hug, "You're so very welcome. I'm glad you're better. And I'm sorry I was less than pleasant yesterday. Urban life makes me grumpy."

Gallath smiles to see them all getting along again. "Well done, everyone."
(OOC: Scratch that, then.)

"Great job!" Baeros winks at Jocelyn, then gives a friendly pat on Ouragana shoulder, a little bit too hard, and says smiling happily, "Glad to see you are back on your feet. Now that everything is back to normal I'm going to shower. Otherwise I might dig a hole in myself with all the scratching..."
During their adventure in the mansion Baeros lost all suspicion he had held against Drav and just before leaving he goes to Gallath and Drav and asks them to stay close to Jocelyn at all times to protect her from any attempt of the pirates on her life, "I repeat... at ALL times." He says seriously and points his finger in a warning.

"You mean... we're sailing as soon as we get back?" Ouragana asks Jocelyn. "I thought we were leaving only tomorrow."

She counts out twenty platinum pieces from her pouch and gives them to the priestesses. "Here. Use the money to buy more books, or to fund the search for new knowledge."

Naras smiles back at Ouragana, saying, "You don't owe us anything, Ouragana, so that money is your to keep or do with as you wish." Despite herself, she glances at the collection plate.

The dwarf scratches her nose, and adds, "But there is one favour you might be able to do for us, and that is to Identify some things. We don't have the coin to pay for this though, but perhaps we could agree for your group to keep at least one of the items. One of the things seems to be a scroll with magical arcane writings on it. I presume it contains at least one spell."

As Drav listens to Baeros's words, he nods. "Alright then," he says, looking around.

*short moment of silence*

"Wait, we're leaving already? I haven't even found the smith yet..."

Gallath smiles at Baeros. "Alright." he says. "Well, I'll go with you if you want." he says to Drav.

"I can take you to the smith if you want," offers Naras. "There's a blacksmith and a weaponsmith in town. I've had more to do with the latter."

She adds, "And I hear you're going to Mond. Would you mind if I tag along. I need to try and track down the being that plans to shower Narin with war and destruction. If I can help you in return then I will, of course, do so."

"We don't leave for Mond until tomorrow," Jocelyn assures everyone. "But I don't really have anything else to do today, so I was just going to head back to the ship," she adds with a shrug. She watches Baeros leave, then shakes her head as he orders Gallath and Drav to stay with her at all times. "And you two don't have to be my bodyguards," she adds after he leaves.

Jocelyn turns her attention to Naras. "You can ask Thaddeus to help with the magical items," she says. "You don't even know what we are up to, but you want to tag along with us?"

"Yes, I too think Thaddeus would be the better man to identify the items" Ouragana agrees. "He has far more experience in these matters than I have."

She places ten of the platinum coins on the collection plate. "I wish to use some of my money to help people get more knowledge" she says to the Gonto priests with a smile.
"I will return to the ship with you. I will feel better after memorising a few spells" she then tells Jocelyn.

Drav looks to Naras, "I have no idea where it is, I figured you would have your own?" he says. Looking to the two trying to walk away ( ;) ) "I don't see how the ship can be more interesting than the town. I mean, you had been traveling before you found me, correct?"

(OOC: I'm really good at trying to have my cake and eat it too.)

Naras says to Jocelyn, “Thank you, Pastor. Where would I find Thaddeus? What ship was he on?”

After listening to any reply the dwarf continues, “I need to go to Mond to track down the blue skinned creature, an Air Genesai , that was responsible for the Leaguers, an extreme group that dislike civilisation and favour chaos and anarchy, kidnapping and killing Agnas, one of the acolytes of Gonto. This Genasai, called himself ‘Son of Crizza’, a powerful mage it seemed, plans to rain down war and destruction on Narin. He said he was going to Mond. It’s likely to be a trap but I have no choice. Honesty, I thought traveling with your group would be after and there’s a chance you might help save Narin.”

She pauses to let that sink in, and then asks, “Pastor, please pardon me for asking, but you seem obviously robust and capable from here, so why do you need bodyguards? “

After listening to any responses from Jocelyn, Naras acknowledges, "Thank you, Pastor."

She half-turns to smile at Ouragana. She bows, making the Gonto circle with her arms, and responds, "I will seek out Thadeus. Thank you for your donation, Sister-in-Knowledge. May sure knowledge light your path always."

After talking to Ouragana, Naras gives her attention to Drav, answering, "This temple is building its own armoursmith shop, yes, but it isn’t ready just yet. It will complement, rather than compete with, the existing blacksmith and weaponsmith’s shops. Now, in a few moments I have to check something with the weapon smith. If you require weapons then I will walk you there. If you want more general metalworking though, horseshoes or iron gates or whatever general stuff, then you need the blacksmith. I have no business there, but I can walk you there on my way to the weaponsmith."

Naras looks to her temple colleagues, “Otaya, please would you have a look at the offerings from the congregation today. I'd like some sense of whether that list we spoke of has changed." She flicked her eyes across to the collection plates, trusting that Otaya would realise she wanted to know roughly the progress with any of the overdue tithes. "I will probably be gone an hour or so. I'd be pleased to chat with you when I get back, about theat and a soup kitchen too."

The dwarf then looks at the other acolyte, "Leena, please would you go and talk to people in town at try and get a sense of how the sermon was received. If anyone asks, you can tell them that the intent with the soup kitchen is real. Also, if you know of anyone with an owl, we will need several owl feathers. And some reasonable but inexpensive red wine too." Naras hands her a gold piece.
