"With pleasure, Imani" Babushka answers with a smile. "Take your time."
Now that she's alone on guard duty, Babushka takes her eyes off the frolicking kender and looks around for anything that might be dangerous.

Locky gives a little shout of glee as Imani joins her, running over ready to splash her slightly.

Thuskar steps toward the mage with more to say, but is stopped by Ulster who puts a hand on his shoulder and shakes his head. Thuskar deflates like a balloon, and the two walk off a bit to speak quietly to each other.
Thus it is Jerrard and Jeremy who hear the sounds of someone approaching. A dozen elves in thick, green cloaks start to approach the men from the south. "Hail, elf friend. We are..," one of them begins in elven, but stops short. "Wait," he says, switching to Common. "You're not elves at all."

"No we are not Elves, we were traveling with one, a Kirath." Jerrard says with a courteous tone, "We are travelers, heading for Shenrak."
"I am Jerrard Foss, Wizard of Solinari."

Jeremy looks up from cooking and says, "And I am Jeremy Johanson, a Wilderness Warrior, traveling with them till they reach there destination, the lady Aleaha is guiding us through the forest. We mean no harm to elves or non hostile forest creatures, I can only speak for my self, but barring the others disapproval, you are welcome visitors."

Imani joins Locky within the water once her clothing is removed. She lets out a small sigh, and she lightly splashes Locky as she allows herself to relax a little bit. She also takes the time to wash up.

The elves seem more confused than anything else. "Is...is that so?" asks the leader. "Well, how about that?" They approach closer and fan out a bit. "This Aleaha you speak of. You said she's a kirath? Where is she now?" asks the leader.

Locky takes the light splashing as a chance to chase the woman, making her far wet than she intended.
"You are so pretty." Locky says in admiration.

Is Babushka close enough to notice the newcomers?

(OOC: Nope, Jerrard made a point of stating that the men would be out of visual range of the women while they bathe, so none of the women have any idea this is going on.)

"I am not sure of her location at this moment, but she said she would be back shortly. So, what brings you to this neck of the woods, so to speak?" Jeremy replies.

"She was looking for another of her Order." Jerrard answers smoothly.

"Oh, you know...just traveling around," says the leader vaguely. "Doing, uh...elf stuff."
Something is very wrong here, but by the time anyone figures this out, it's too late. The 'elves' have managed to subtlety position themselves to surround the four men. Only then do they realize that the 'elves' made far too much noise when they arrived, walk without grace as elves should, and that their expressions never changed when they spoke.
It's then the leader throws off his cloak, revealing he was wearing an elf mask. But he is no elf. The reptilian draconian's brassy scales shimmer in the light. "Take at least two of them alive for questioning. Our masters will want to know what they know," he says, drawing a scimitar. The other 'elves' draw scimitars, as well.

Surely Jeremy meant to shout loudly enough to warn the women? Earshot extends much farther than sight in this terrain!
"Out of the water, quick, something's wrong!" Babushka urges the other three. She prepares her bow and cautiously approaches the area where Jermey's shout came from.
