The sand goes down for a depth of at least three inches.
The sand is a little damp but nothing obviously worryingly so.

Alecia moves virtually soundlessly across the sand. However, the Light she carries, the sole Light in the party, would make her presence obvious to any with direct line of sight that didn't have their own source of illumination. The Light might also be obvious to any sighted creature if the Light comes within 40' of a corner to which the creature has line of sight.

As Alecia is doing some scouting Sue looks up waiting for Jim and the stranger.

Alecia moves silently towards the open archway, darting her head out quickly to observe the otherside before moving back behind the arch, her exposure is limited but she'll try and get a glance.

Shaking her head she walks again on the sand curious as to why its there. "There is another passage heading away, I didnt dare get too close."

Once the bucket is down, Sue turns to the group.

"Stealth or Force? I can take point unless someone wants to scout."

"Someone who can.. ummm see in the dark should go ahead." Alecia suggests pulling back against Nix.

If no one objects he moves to the arch and attempts to sneak down the passageway
