I'm offended that you don't. Moving on. I solemnly swear not to joke at the expense of anyone here. I also welcome any suggestions for replacement joking, such as puns, anecdotes about trees and practical fun with rubber duckies.

If you had refrained from making these type of snide remarks things might be going very differently right now. As it is, I am very close to being through dealing with this.

On a more fun side.

Reading through the bar scene.. I actually laughed pretty loud, and had to explain the whole situation to my cubical mates.

Yes to both, except the explaining was to my wife who is decidedly not a d&d fan... which made it somewhat awkward ;)

I'm wondering if I should delay the end of that post, giving the others a chance to have a discussion.

I think it's ok as-is.

If anyone wants to add in some more dialogue, now is the time. Otherwise we can move the evening on a bit, I think.

Yeah, mine thinks I Larp but just hide it from her somehow. According to her anyone interested in any aspect of d&d automatically is involved (or wants to be) with the most extreme aspect... except maybe FATAL...

The kender has already picked up a few things :D
