Malika gets to her feet and nods. "Very well."

Ulster and Thuskar, likewise, stand up. "What about us? What should we do?" the former asks.

[Jerrard]

"What do you want to do?" The mage asks, "You can do what you want you know.. Do you need some money?"

[Breila]

Babushka looks confused. "So should I buy the draft horse an pack gear or not?" she asks.

[JadedDM]

Thuskar shrugs. "Guess we could go change out of these desert robes, for one."

"I'd like to finally get this sword identified," Ulster says, referring to his magical rusty sword that was found in the Pod-Caverns. "But I don't have the money for that."

[Jenara]

"We can arrange that can't we? Either Aleaha's mage friend can take a look at it, or perhaps the Lord here can?" Locky asks waiting by the door.

[Jerrard]

"Do we need the draft Horse? I was thinking of the Riding Horse, Malika can share with me if she wishes, we will not be able to ride fast anyway." Jerrard comments, also standing.

"So I suggest we get the ponies and the riding horse, get normal saddles and saddle bags, Dekker has the barrel for water, we should be fine."

[Breila]

"That's what I was thinking, too." Babushka nods and heads off with the money to buy the animals and their gear (bit and bridle, riding saddle and two saddle bags each).

[Jenara]

"Wait." Locky says as the Gnome starts to go, "Let's see if Aleha can help first."

[Breila]

Babushka turns around, surprised. "Help with what?" she asks.

[Jenara]

"Well.... She's an elf, and I think quite important, saving the forest is pretty important you know... And perhaps if she comes with us they might be nicer." Locky beams and drags the Gnome off down the stairs.

[JadedDM]

The party disperses.

"Go ahead and use my room to rest, Imani," Malika says, handing her the key. "I'll be shopping." She, Ulster and Jerrard then head outside, while Locky grabs and drags Babushka back into the common room where Aleaha still sits at the bar.

Meanwhile, Thuskar heads to his room to change his clothes, leaving Jeremy to himself.

[Jenara]

"Hi." Locky grins moving alongside her. "We will be ready in the morning, is that ok?" Not waiting for an answer she carries on, "We have found a problem with buying things, could you help us? Please? It's like they take one look at us and they charge us a kingdoms ransom.. what is a kingdoms ransom anyway?" Bringing herself back to the point she smiles. "Could you help us please?"

Aleaha turns toward Locky and smiles slightly. "So you just assume they are trying to cheat you?" she asks. Despite the accusation, her voice remains quite neutral, without a hint of anger or annoyance. "Keep in mind, this town is in bad shape. It was once very prosperous and is still trying very hard to recover. Furthermore, very few supplies make it this far east, except those that come by ship, and not many ships come by here anymore. The merchants must charge more to survive and to help the town return to prosperity. Don't think of it as a surcharge; rather, a healthy donation to the restoration of a fallen town."

After a moment's pause, she shrugs. "In any case, there is nothing I can do for you. I am a stranger here, too, remember?"

[Jenara]

"Well no, I was looking for a reason, and now I have one." She smiles, "I like to donate to good causes!" She jumps up again do happy and bouncy. With that she heads for the stables.

[Jerrard]

Offering Malika his arm Jerrard heads towards the Lords House, he walks slowly "We will shop later."
