Babushka squats down and grabs her staff, just as the podman's fist flies right over her head. The other two podmen, now free from their pods, approach. One goes for Locky, but the nimble kender evades both of its blows. The fourth podman is unable to get close enough to attack, blocked off by its companions and the pool.
Suddenly, three beams of purple energy fly out of the far end of the cavern, through the darkness. All three strike Jerrard in the chest with concussive force, in succession, with perfect aim. The Shroom's wicked laughter follows.

Babushka picks up the Fungus Staff.
Podman 02 punches at Babushka (1d20): 6, miss.
Podman 03 approaches Locky and attempts to grab her (1d20): 2, miss. It then tries again (1d20): 11, bare miss.
Podman 04 approaches but cannot reach anyone due to Podmans 02 and 03 and the pool being in his way.

The Sinister Shroom casts Magic Missile. Three purple bolts of energy fly out of its hand, unerringly striking Jerrard (3d4+3): 12 damage.
