Goldmoon leans back, the aromatic smell of the mage's drink reminds her she's hungry and thirsty. She hopes the barmaid will be back soon so she can order something herself.

Tika had all ready asked if anyone else wanted anything, and no one answered. After doing another round of the other tables, she returns again to check up on them, noticing that their group has become one person larger in size.

"You guys doing all right? Any sign of the others yet?" she asks.

Goldmoon knows it would be polite to let the others answer Tika first, but she's very hungry. So she asks Tika:

"There must be specialities of the house both in food and drink. What is it?"

"Well," Tika says, "We're kind of famous in these parts for our spiced potatoes and our ale. But we've got other things, too, of course. There's some pheasant stew roasting on the fire, smoked ham, bread and cheese...and to drink, we also got wine, tea, and I think there's a cask of mead still around in the back."

Goldmoon laughs a silvery laugh. "That's quite a selection!"
Turning to Riverwind, she asks: "Should we take the pheasant stew and the roast potatoes and share?"

(ooc: are there any restriction on food or drink for cultural/religious reasons?)

In all the excitement Lara forgets to mention that he is a Half Elf...

"Five years?" She laughs lightly, fives years was but a moment in the life of a great tree. "Who are the other four?"

When Tika reappears she smiles, "I hope I didn't cause you any trouble?" She asks, while the Plainsmen decide on what they wish to eat.

She didn't plan on paying them much heed, Plainsmen were uncultured ftom what she was told, yet, this Goldmoon seemed nice.

She then sits back, her arms crossed regally across her chest, watching the humans interact, Elves talked in terms of seasons, watching them pass without a care.. She wanted to get into the world, after all how hard could it be?

Riverwind nods. "Very well, we shall have that."

Tika nods. "I'll be right back." She smiles to Laurana. "Oh, don't worry about me. Otik is my adopted father, he wouldn't fire me over something like that."

"Hold a moment," Sturm says. "Adopted father? I thought you looked familiar. Tika Waylan?"

She smiles and puts her hands on her hips. "About time one of you remembered!"

Caramon blinks. "Tika? Little Tika? Wow, you've, uh...grown," he says, his eyes drawn to her fairly mature assets.

"So glad you noticed, Caramon," she says, amused. "I was only fourteen when you guys all left. We can catch up later, though. I still have customer to see to." With a smile, she heads back to the kitchen, Caramon's gaze upon her backside the entire time.

Gently nudging an elbow in Caramon's ribs, Sturm then turns his attention to Laurana and her question. "The four remaining are Tasslehoff Furrfoot, a kender, Flint Fireforge, an old dwarf, Tanis Half-Elven, and Kitiara Uth Matar."

"Kit's our sister," Caramon supplies, gesturing to himself and Raistlin. "Well, half-sister, I mean."

(OOC: Brelia, not as far as I know.)

When Tika comes back with their food, Goldmoon says "Thank you, and could we have two pints of your ale, please?"
She and Riverwind share their food in silence, feeding each other from time to time as lovers do.

Lara looks visibly taken back, her lovely Almond shaped eyes go wide.

"Flint?" Dear old Flint, wherever he was.. Her Tanthalas wouldn't be too far behind, so he shortened his name? Just like she did, although hers was for different reasons.

"Tanis you say?" She strokes her hair and attempts a smile, before dantiliy eating her food.

"Sure thing, be right back," Tika says.

Sturm strokes his mustache. "Do you know old Flint?" he asks. "I do remember him once telling us he used to work in Qualinost. That's where he met Tanis, wasn't it?"

Caramon nods. "Yeah, that's right. Hey, Miss Lara, maybe Tanis knows your friend. You can ask him when he gets here," he says, clueless.

A couple of moments later, Tika returns with the ale.

Raistlin shakes his head at his brother's naivety. He keeps sipping from his drink, his gaze mostly on Lana with a look of intense curiosity in those hourglass eyes. "Yes, perhaps Tanis will know of another elf from Qualinost in Solace." he says dryly giving his brother a look.

He looks at Goldmoon and Riverwind curiously, the two plainsmen were still somewhat of a mystery to him.

"Yes, perphaps he will." Lara says with a thoughful look, she keeps from looking at the Mage, yet she felt his funny shaped eyes boring into her.

"Flint Fireforge used to make toys for the Children of Qualinost, I was fortunate enough to get some, they were pretty." She says to Sturm, this was so strange.. A strange coincidence maybe.

Goldmoon takes Raistlin's look as a cue to talk to him.

"Sir Mage, I've been taught the herbal skills of my people, and I am eager to learn more. I noticed you've used majoram in your tea. In our culture, it is an aromatic ingredient. Is it the same for you, or does it have another purpose you can tell me about?"

She tries to sound polite and interested, but not intrusive. These hour-glass pupils must be the signs of an initiate. They show the man knows a lot of strange things, secrets he mustn't talk about.

Raistlin coughs slightly and sips again. "My cough can only be soothed through a very specific mixture of herbs." he tells Goldmoon. "The recipe is an old one I am told, and only used in rare cases."

"I see" Goldmoons says simply, not really knowing how to go on.
