Vee Takes the Jar and the hats a little bit confused. "Er, ... Thanks" she smiles. Than she parks the jar on the planking of the ship and hands the hats to whoever stands next to her, except of one. This one she puts on her head.
"How does it look like?" she asks no one specific.

"Lovely my dear" brax says with a grin and a shrug at echo. It had nothing to do with her.
"Thank you." she agrees taking a hat.

"And now I must away," says Martin nodding to each passenger as he makes his way back to the gangplank. "Parting is such sweet sorrow and all that good stuff. Good bye, everyone. Be careful. Don't do anything I wouldn't do. And come back in one piece."
Martin hops nimbly onto the pier and strides away, singing: "Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale..."

Amon trembles lightly in rage at the jester's smarmy remarks. Never in his life had he ever wished violence on another; but at that very moment, he could not help but to fantasize about grabbing the fool and throwing him overboard, into the drink.
Although there was some doubt he'd have the necessary upper-body strength to pull off such a feat. Perhaps he could get Gunter to do it for him..?
His face red with anger, Amon spins on his heel and storms to the other side of the ship where he grasps the railing and stares out into the horizon, taking slow, deep breaths in an attempt to get control of his fury. He wasn't certain he had ever been so angry at anyone before in his life, and deep down, it somewhat frightened him.

"How odd." She comments heading back into the deck she pulls the straw hat on her head and pockets the candies. "Strange." She mutters.

Searos eyes the hat queerly, decidely distrustful of it. He then glances back to Brax, "Really Bright Eyes? You want to do this now? I thought these conversations were for when we're half drunk. Or at least on the more entertaining side of half drunk. Besides, I think I've mentioned before, but your god and I have a professional disagreement with regards to light and shadows."

Echo looks over the straw hat before she tosses it aside. "That was probably one of the most idiotic things ever," she says. "Are we ready to go now?"

After Drake has left the ship, Gulliver motions to the two sailors standing ready to take in the boarding plank. The dock crew works in conjunction with two other of the Seagull's men to untie the lines that kept the ship tied to the dock. It slowly begins to move, swaying gently, as the tide current draws it out. No other ships are between the Seagull and the harbour entrance, so she just needs to be steered a bit until the sails can be set to profit from the morning breeze that softly blows from land to sea.
The Redbeard stands close to tiller, exchanging words with the helmsman from time to time, still looking his passengers over. Gulliver approaches the group. "Would some of you like to go below deck?" he asks. "If so, just follow me." With a nod to them, he walks towards the bow of the ship, where three doors give access to the covered areas of the main deck, bow section, and a stairway on the left side leads up to the upper deck.
(OOC: The Seagull is a typical merchant ship of the area, any vessel the smugglers are using might be quite similar.)

"No, I do not wish to do it now, rather some food for thought." She walks over to the covered section of the vessel slowly, the sea was alien to her.

"I think I'll stay up here for awhile," Echo says as she eyes the entrance to the rooms down below.

Searos immediately heads below decks to escape the malevolent sun on its skythrone and nurse his hangover.

Gulliver leads Searos and anyone who chooses to follow to a door on the port (left) side, next to the stairs that lead to the upper deck. Once opened, it reveals a room with three sets of double bunk beds, one each on the left, right and back walls, a table bolted to the middle of the room, and a few chairs and stools. Another door to the right of the bunks at the back wall leads on. "The door would lead to the ladies' quarters" Gulliver explains.
It is pleasantly dark inside, as there is just a porthole on the left wall, squeezed in between the left and rear bunks. But this also means that the air is a bit stale. The bunk beds seem to be freshly made, the bed linen looks clean, even though the blankets are patched in places.

Brax finds a seat and sits quietly on her own for some time, obviously thinking hard about something.

The enclosed quarters below decks doesn't agree with Gunter and after nodding his thanks to the captain he quickly makes his way back topside.
He sees Echo and comments, "Cozy, but I think I might be spending my nights on the deck."

Amon remains where he is, alone, for the time being while he tries to sort things out in his head.
