*While the main members of the party rested upon the stairway, the NPC fairies swooped upon the newly arrived warrior and took him to their lair. Unspeakable things were being done to the man; yet, he had a deep grin upon his face throughout the entire time.*

"Great" Esse raises her hands above her head in annoyance, "Well I guess I'm stuck with you, you big lump" She kicks Bjarg playfully.

"So... we have a great and powerful wizard who makes it rain, Martin over here, with his bells... Our Silent Cleric, and us."

Pausing she looks back down the stairs, sheaving the bow and drawing her Sword from her back. "Sexy, your with me. Cleric, wizard in the middle, Martin, suggest you cover their rear".

[ooc]She'll wait to see what the others do before she moves (ie she wont start walking down the stair until the others have agreed or have a better plan.) [/ooc]

Bjarg stumps down the stairs, avoiding the trapped step, into the snake room (Glaring at the murals for good measure) and kicks the door with all his might!

Realising her plan is well... blown, Esse vaults down the stairs after him, shouting behind her "I'll cover him, Martin, watch your back!" As she jumps over it, Sword drawn she enters the room just behind him (enough time so if anything does happen when he kicks the door in she's far enough back).

[occ]IL, think you may have the stairs messed up... or do I? If I recall we didnt camp at the very first stairs, just the ones next to the mural room, which have no dodgy step[/occ]


(OOC by LWW - correct, the trapped step was when you all first entered the dungeon from the main building; not going into the snake room)

Going after them, the Silent Cleric enters last to tactically allow the forward warrior types to move about in the room as it suits them. He eyes the area and draws his own weapon as he moves.

*Besides the newest arrival, the wild mage Sim has also been abducted by the NPC fairies*

*Bjarg's kick sends the northern door within the snake room flying open to reveal an 80' long hallway, at first, 20' of blue green tiled flooring, beyond that is 60' of concrete flooring. The walls are of stone, torches every 20' and they are already burning; the air is humid, and green moss can be seen growing here and there over the floors and walls; the tiled flooring is slick from the moisture in the air. 70' feet down the western wall is an open archway, directly across the hallway turns east (to the right.)*


(OOC - Marching order: Bjarg, Esse, Beillion and Stik - please let me know how many feet you are keeping between each of you.)

"Stop!" Esse orders quickly, grabbing Bjarg by the arm (she has to reach up). "Iet me check for traps first, I don't trust this place!" (Its the reason she chased after him so quickly).

If Bjarg stops she'll check the walls for any form of slot, and the floor for wires, as she carefully moves forward.

If he doesnt she'll shout "Check the floor with your club, SLOWLY!"

Bjarg hunkers down and covers as much of his bulk as possible with his shield. REaching through the doorway he thumps the colored tiles with his club.
