The pimp slumps over onto the ground, snoring.
Out of the corner of your eye you see mercenary #2 shoulder his crossbow and light up a molotov cocktail preparing to hurl it into the alley, 'you need to lighten up' he said with a cruel laugh.

{OOC: Presumably it may take him a couple of rounds fpr merc #2 to put his crossbow away, get out a coacktail, get out a tinderbox, light the thing and then aim and throw it. Anyway, think I'm done til round 2.}

{OOC2: off to bed. Here's a possible round 2 for Karlene:}
Karlene moves up to the sleeping pimp, eyes on him bat taling to the girl, "Girl, take cover but don't run off. I will help you." With that she hits the pimp with her mace. and calls up, "Your employer's gone."

If the two mercs either die or run off Karlene with pat down the pimp for the unusual stuff, saying, "What's your name girl? How did he get his claws into you?"

They were invented by Dwemer at behest of the halflings so they could light up their pipes more conveniently. If you recollect Bilbo also had them in the Hobbit for the same purpose.

Idrys is careful to keep out of range of the sleep spell and fires at the 'cocktail' guy until he hits him, then at the 'glue bolt' crossbowman if his first shot hits cocktail boy.

Idrys *TWANNNGGGGG* (9) your missile flew wide missing its intended mark, the mercenary has some of the roof as his cover.
Delilah: what do you do?
The mercenary trying to ignite the molotov cocktail, and dodge Idrys's missile falters and fumbles tripping on something inside the gutter he curses and drops the flask, which rolls away and falls down to the alley below shattering on the hard cobblestones.
Meanwhile, the second crossbowman takes a bead on Karlene, plugging her with a bolt that explodes in a vat of messy adhesive all around her feet and ankles (held for 2 melee rounds) -4 Hp damage.He starts laughing 'time to die, little girl'
Ash takes out two daggers with one hand, hurling them at mercenary #2. The first missed, the second sunk hilt deep into the doomed merc's forehead and he fell into the alley, dead. The blow was one in a million, even the cleric himself was taken aback by the instant kill.
The second merc was in an outrage, 'that was my friend you assholes!' he took out his crossbow and prepared to skewer Ash. The merc bellowed 'Grog, get your arse out here and beat these fuckers to a bloody pulp!' when a door kicked in and out came a tall burly thug with spiked gloves on, he advanced menacingly toward Karlene he began to laugh and smile with cruel malevolence in his facial features. 'Grog smash this girl into pieces, muahahahah'

Idrys draws his invisible longsword in his right and a normal one in his left. He interposes himself between 'spike' and Karlene and attacks the man with everything he's got.
Ash, get that jackass on the roof. I'll handle this.

Idrys: AC 1, Thac0 16, dmg 1d8+4 each. (2 or 3 attacks this round?)
idrys vs spiky Grog attk1, attk2, dmg1, dmg2 [1d20] = 5[1d20] = 10[1d8+4] = 6+4 = 10[1d8+4] = 7+4 = 11
Lol! My damage rolls were higher than my attack rolls!

Really hope that's 3 attacks thia round...

Yes, Delilah is there. I'll presume she knocks a pair of arrows to her bow and prepares to target the roof sniper.
The rat stick beggar scurries away as Idrys advanced.
The spike gloved thug smiled at Idrys and picks up a crate preparing to hurl it at you instead.
The merc on the roof was grinning and said 'yeah, kill that white haired bastard!, Grog! Show him, show him all the way. Then we'll take turns with the silly bitch, heh heh'

If she can Karlene tries to break free of the glue. {OOC: Saving throw versus paralysation or Bend Bars maybe?} Failing which, if he's still in range, she tries to whack the pimp with her mace.

Karlene pulls at her ankle and the glue adhesive, still not solidified tears apart easily under her strength (vs. str: 2 succeeded)
You will be able to strike out at the sleeping pimp next round
The young girl crying runs down the alley and turns left disappearing, then you, Idrys and Delilah hear her issue a loud scream then no more noise afterwards.
Grog hurls the crate at Idrys missing as the dhampir easily sidestepped. The burly thug snarled at the advancing dhampir issuing a challenge, 'Grog's gonna break you real good, you little scrag!'
Ash prepares four daggers, two in each hand getting ready to target the merc crossbowman on the roof.
Delilah draws her bow and looses an arrow into the mercenary on the roof, killing him (22) *critical* -12 hp dmg he falls off the roof and lands atop of the spike gloved thug.
ROUND 2:
Karlene strikes the pimp (16, -5 hp dmg) who is slammed hard against the wall under her heavy blow, crying out in agony. He grabs something out of a pouch and hurls some blinding powder into Karlene's eyes (save vs. spell: 4 failed, blinded for 2 rounds) 'where'd my precious girl go!?!" he picks up his whip off the ground.
(19) Idrys tears into the spike gloved thug with his invisible weapon (-7 jp dmg) the sword cuts through the muscular man's unarmored flesh and he grunted in pain, not accustomed to being the recipient of hurt. The dhampir leaps back and comes in with a deep thrust into the thugs abdomen, bringing his non-invisible blade hilt deep into the big fellow (-10 hp dmg) who dropped to the ground, bleeding out and dying.

Idrys cuts at his arms so he drops the crate on himself, then attacks all-out with his longswords.

Yes, and the thug already threw the crate at you and missed.
Karlene: temporarily blinded.
Delilah knocks two arrows and unleashes them into the pimp who is sneaking away, killing him. He cried out 'watch! watch! I'm being murdered!' then he gasped and died.
The fight is won.
Two watchmen came over to investigate the going on's, when they caught sight of the black guard uniforms they suddenly remembered themselves and saunter away.
Karlene dipped down and searched the fallen pimp, gaining a leather pouch of 10 gold, a signet ring depicting a black scorpion, another pouch with 3 gold teeth in it, and some sort of tiny ledger book with a list of names and unpaid debts.
When Karlene regains her vision you peer around the corner and see the young girl being dragged against her will down through a sewer manhole, a vile looking hand that looks like a leper's hand over her mouth to muffle her noises. There are three horrid looking humans? Clad in filthy rags head to toe with grotesque boils on their flesh, and monstrous hourglass eyes that were yellow and sickly. One of them croaked 'this tender meat ought to warm our bellies, heh heh. Now, down below before our presence here is detected!'
Then, a baby infant's sudden crying from a window caught the two horrific rag wearing beings attention and one said 'mmmm, looks like we have a little bite sized snack to add to our feast!'

Hmm... these uniforms are useful... Idry's says, rushing around the corner. Great. More filth. These are as hideous outside as in. Idrys charges down the cannibal sewer-men, attacking with his longswords and trying to cut his way through them to the girl before they get too far.
[so 3 attacks this round or 2? I'm a little confused about that
also, you said 3 horrid humanoids but 2 rag-clothed men. are the 2,3 or 5?]

Having pocketed the stuff from the pimp in her 'party kitty' pouch, she cracks off a healing spell to pull her back from the brink of death.
CLW [1d8+1] = 4+1 = 5
Judging that there's only room for one to accost the scabby sewer-men and Idrys is already doing so, Karlene the pats down the first fallen roof merc, saying to Delilah and Ash she does so, "Please keep the baby safe. I want us to end this threat, secure the girl and move on taking the girl with us."
Unless anything untoward crops up or Idrys needs help, the priestess pats down the second fallen roof merc when finished at the first one.
