It is suspiciously the same as the powder on the floor.
Large grainy white-ish with a tint of green in the right light.

GG warns, "That dust can affect your mind. Toxic and can ruin you, so don't disturb it. Would someone get a small box or barrel, please. If you stand back I'm going to try and gather it up." He looks around for a brush or scraper, failing which will use the edge of his cloak and enough Mage Handing to gather the dust together and into a box or barrel.

Does GG know what happens if this stuff is covered in water?

In the crates you will find bundles of any type of broom you can think of, along with matching dustpans, even small boxes to keep things in.

Nothing special can be thought of if Blur is dissolved in water, one would expect it to disappear as if it were sugar though.

Using Mage Hand to alternately manipulate the dustpan & the brush GG catpured all of the drug dust that he can and transfers it into lidded boxes.

When done, time to leave, lock up and return to the Lord's place..

OOC: Tristen queried how far down the lift seems to go..

Tornak will assist GG by casting Mage Hand as well and helping hold the pans or boxes as GG sweeps up the "dust". "Get in there and make yourself useful Jeremy! Hold the pan! Be careful! Don't spill any you damn imbecile!!"
He turns to GG and says apologetically "So hard to find decent help these days right?"

GG takes a moment to look deadpan at Tornak. He raises an eyebrow and lets a long pause drift past before nodding and saying, "Thanks. This will be a lot faster."

Ooops.
The lift goes between the first and second floors only.

Jeremy skillfully helps GG's unnamed mage hand, spilling nary a grain.

The group has about a 2mm layer of dusty grains in a box that is 2.5cm cubed. (1/8th inch in 1" cubed box for my American friends)
