Desolate and abandoned, the evil alchemist’s mansion stands alone on the cliff, looking out towards the sea. Mysterious lights and ghostly hauntings have kept away the people of Saltmarsh, despite rumours of a fabulous forgotten treasure. What is its sinister secret?

Nezza looks at Martin. "You may think this is funny, Drake, but we don't" she reprimands him. "Let him get up!" Indeed, everyone looks quite angry, and the goodwill Martin has achieved with his networking seems compromised. Only one of the old men sounds a little amused when he asks "What's our Master Council Clerk done to you?"
(OOC @Stik: You've concentrated on meeting the "commom folk" and the "honourables", this quiet young man in his back office will probably have escaped your attention. Since you didn't ask if you had seen him somewhere before acting, I thought you had not, for a bit of GM fun.)
I knew it was a foolish thing to do, but what can I say? You have to play the character.

Funny you should bring that up. I was just PMing with Jen about two days ago regarding Brax having worn her armor all the way home.
Stik wrote:And why did she wear her armor all the way home on the boat from Dunreese? Wasn't she scared of drowning?
Being a person who wears armor, sometimes for long periods, I can answer that question for you: Armor is heavy, and not very comfortable to wear, but it is easier to wear it than to carry it. A duke once told me "Never carry it if you can wear it, but never wear it if you can get someone else to carry it for you."
I never meant to leave Reller behind. Of course, none of the group asked him to come along. Perhaps they are so accustomed to everyone just trodding along that no one thought of it (Martin had imposed himself on the group like that).
Go to Reller's private thread, please, and let's assume Reller told Kristina about the house the group has been offered.
