Officially, Karen is an NPC though I've given Talyn control of her. Once in a while I'll be speaking for her or giving her actions, but for the most part she's an NPC companion. Consider her a really smart ranger-pet! LoL! :D

Cool beans! I've worked your character into a role that allows him to be away from camp at times if necessary.

You get that Carith actually Wants to respect her?
My last post... Carith sizing her up, she was trying to decide if... well if she was a good fighter, then it didn't matter about the fact she was a Chanter.

I am trying to get what currently is a Sociopath to mesh with this group... She seemed like a good idea at the time.. Now... I've actually nearly quit a few times, I stay for IL.

You'd better stay! This next encounter is designed for you and Tiger!!! (After Kafen gets a poke of course!)

Basically Carith and Hedra need to be stuck in a situation where they have to get along....

lol

And, no like I said, I haven't left, because of you!

Well, Hedra is annoyed because Carith has been following her around all the time, seizing her up, yet never said a word. She's going to aks Carith what all this means, but not right now, just before a possible battle!

Nobody is going to hold sociopathic tendencies against Carith. We're all sociopaths. That's why we're wandering about the wastes rather than holed up in some marginally-successful community.

In Bill's case it completely depends on what you mean by "it" and how literally you mean: "hold it against her".

Because depending, he would totally hold it against her.

*ahem*

Tiger man, you are cracking me up with how you are playing Bill. Nailing the persona perfectly!

I guess you helped Carith repair her desk? *Sabre River Euphanism*

I'm having a bit of a problem with the coordination and synchronization of our group, who post at different times and frequencies, so game time easily gets messed up.
Now Carith is angry with Hedra because Hedra doesn't set to work as she said she'd do, but is waiting for a confirmation by Dorir or Carson (that is, IL), that her plan is suitable. In a tabletop game with everyone present, their answer might have come even before Carith's first remark and Hedra's "I will do my best" would have been a first friendly word between the two women.

How can we resolve this? Hedra is inexperienced, she wouldn't tell the people in the caravan (how many wagons and peolpe are we, anyway?) to do something without back-up of the people in charge, she doesn't want to make a mistake and be told off or, worse, put everyone in danger.

And me Breila, I'm not very experienced in PBMB, perhaps I should simply assume that as a player, I can do what seems OK to me, as if the NPC superiors had given consent?

Actually, Carith isn't / wasn't mad at Hedra, she is in business mode, all that other stuff doesn't matter now they are faced with danger.

However, the point made about no one telling you what to do... Basically what she was trying to say, if Hedra proves herself.. Carith will give her the respect she deserves.

Now Gus and that spear... different story. lol, ever wondered what caused that wound?
