Act 1, Scene 3: "Out of Harmony" (Game Thread)

[Jenara]

"Be careful out there. Take weapons. Maybe take John? " Mira suggests softly as she sips her drink. "Remember we need to pay for last night." Moving to stand she leans over accidentally nudging Elsa into Pyros. "Sorry, I slipped." Giggling she stands up.. "I'm going to get my sword and the one I need to return. I'll see Jerry in a moment. Then head to the Jail."

"See you in a moment Elsa." With that she heads upstairs.

Upstairs, Mira finds Jerry studying.

Dowm below elsa responds to Mira's push with Hey!. She turns back to the Kender, Just where are you talking about going? Not outside the walls I hope.

"More of a suggestion to help pass the time while the magic folk trade secrets."

"How much do we owe for breakfast? My pockets have refilled since yesterday, so I will pay!"

Mira enters the common from upstairs just as the others finish their breakfast. Elsa pays her own tab while Pyros' red wig bounces around comically as he once again offers to pay everyone's way for breakfast. About that same time Merrick walks in looking well-groomed and ready for the day. He waves to the others and approaches, speaking first to Pyros quietly. My cousin seems to have... misplaced something... you haven't happened to find any pouches lying about by chance...?

I need food orders for Jerry and Cross. Will total and deduct breakfast costs afterwards.

Pyros: full breakfast and coffee: 1sp 1cp pays (and offers to pay everyone else)
Cal: Coffee, bread and butter: 3cp
Elsa: Breakfast and tea: 1sp 1cp. pays
Artanis: Oatmeal toast juice: 6cp (juice split)
Mira: Eats for free as part of her pay. Did she want any breakfast?
Jerry: did she want to eat?
Cross: talked about food but i don't think he actually ordered

Not sure about the outstanding tabs for last night, i can go back and look them up later.

Mira appears with a pair of short swords strapped to her waist, she grabs a few more pastries and takes some to give to Yasir.

"Nice wig Pyros." She giggles and offers Elsa her Hand. "Shall we?" She asks shooting Jerry a smirk.. "I'll tell you later." she whispers to
Elsa "Should we bring Pyros?" She adds still whispering.

Elsa gets up to follow Mira after settling her tab, You boys have fun, and behave... if you still know how... the last was said quietly with humor. She pats Merrick's arm in welcome as they begin to leave.

Having finished the studies, Jerry follows Mira downstairs.

On seeing Mira's parting action and comment, Jerry starts giggling. She waves to the pair.
Recovering herself somewhat, the half-elf approaches Merrick. "Well, Mr Handsome, don't you look so fine!" she teases, and then takes his arm and leans her head on his shoulder.
She whispers, "I'm met Pyros. The scamp had 'borrowed' my component bag. He just wandered up and said, is this yours? He had someone else's, too. I think he's mostly harmless. Just got a habit. Anyway, where to, lover-boy?"

{OOC: Doesn't need to eat today, but if there's dried stuff or whatever that will keep and it's included in the room price then she'll have some for when she really is hungry.}

Pyros will toss the second components bag to Merrick. "How about this one?"

See you ladies. Hopefully I will have my armour when we meet up later.

Mira leaves the inn arm in arm with Elsa.

Merrick blushes a little as Jerry walks up and dotes over him. The color deepens as she takes his arm and leans onto him. You look quite pretty yourself... i mean, you look nicer than... umm... Hmm? Yes, *cough* he changes the subject. Kender are... curious like that.. he borrowed mine the first night we met... and I think he may have found Serath's last night... Tenatively he puts an arm around her waist. His face deepens to a beet-red when she calls him 'lover-boy' in front of everyone. Pyros tosses him the pouch and he accepts it with a nod The Silver Scale? he offers to Jerry weakly, gesturing with the newly caught pouch.

Elsa waves at the others as she and the bard head out into the street.

[OOC: All food is extra except for mira's, she eats free for performing.]

Mira waves to Merrick as she leaves the inn.

Pyros will motion at the group to a server and put 2 GP on the bar.

"Good to go?" Jary asks Merrick, in no rush as she's just happy to be in his company and warmly suffused from the spreading of magic.

occ: sorry for the bit of an absence i got sick over the weekend

cross will keep quite as he thinks on the property of plains. he eats in silence and follows the "boys" today
