It's in the Gygax Book of Worldbuilder Records:
"Voluntary Gnome Tossing: Forest Gnome category" (not to be confused with "Involuntary Gnome Tossing")

The record is held by a Storm Giant/Forest Gnome Team of Hrothgar the Huge and "Slippery Mick". A specially designed gnomosh aerodynamic 'flying squirrel' style suit and some fancy acrobatics were involved...

And if you believe that, I also have a small island for sale off the coast of the Capitol Province... gently used, only one owner...
