Artanis thanks the DM for awarding him the experience points, especially for the "Mira is a Courtesan" bonus. Artanis has modified that perception since then. NOW he thinks she's a "Singing Courtesan"

Does Artanis usually refer to himself in the third person? That could get confusing with the voices in his head

Not normally, but it may start creeping into his dialog! When I was a Scout Leader, whenever the troop was at summer camp, we would try talking in the third person. It was hilarious.
