OCC:ok so im going to start you character now but do you want me to come up with some effects of you bond?

Nebarm walked up to the out skirts of the small town the message boards had said something about work and fighting monsters that had been enough for him from here it looked like a bonch of normal houses much like any normal town except two larger buildings. one a tavern with the image of two huge boars drinking from frothing mugs. he could see even from here, although he couldn't read the sign yet. the other building towered over the others a huge building with a main spire and several attached lower buildings. he remember hearing something about a school i figured that must be it.

Standing around for a few minutes to get a feel for the flow of the town in case I notice something odd, I pretend to adjust my straps on my shield.

"So far so good.."

Almost expecting to see monsters peaking out from behind wells or picket fences, I grin almost wanting to see that just once.

nothing seem amiss the town is busy as its around 12 ok people rush to and from houses happy talking and the bar seems busy from here

After people watching, I head over to the bar thinking it best to hear some chatter from the locals, buying a tankard of tasty ale.
I'm going to find out more about the type of school that's in this town, and start letting people know that I'm for hire if required.
I wear a warm smile for all interactions in this town. People like other people who smile these days I mutter to myself.

occ: can you be a little more specific in what your asking ie "when the elf welcomes me i ask..." cause if your going to say something i like to know exactly what he said that way i can adjust to what info your giving and getting

the bar is warm and full of good smells at all times as if the smells had sunken into the bones of the building
outside next to the bar is a large pen like building but open on one side with two huge dog house like structures two giant dire boars rest peacefully in side
as you come in you see the place is busy but vary well organized so its not crowded. at the bar you see a wight hared elf in read leather cooking and a dwarf takes your order. as you ask about the town there is a lull in traffic and the elf comes over

Nodding his head with respect to the approaching elf, "Greetings friend, truly this place is a boon to my wearied eyes."

the elf smiles and gestures to the bar stool "sit what else can we get you today's special is a stake sandwich and fried potato and a local specialty Kastika pickles but i worn you they are spicy"
the bar is slowly emptying out as people in what looks like school uniforms finished eating
