Notifications from Forum

Anyone involved in the forum maintenance read here?
I have a private PhP form I made for organizing my RL games. Well Virtual games now... and the only time notifications go out is when the next person visits.
I used to use Uptime robot to visit my site in a couple different places, but that does not seem to work any more.
I should probably go to the php forum web support site, but I though I would ask first here.
