I for as much as I miss the old days, I don't for much of the same reasons Cole and the rest of you already said.

RiddleMaster was fun and so were the polls.

There is still a Facebook page for PADND and you have admin rights on it Cole. Do a lil Social Media Marketing and let technology work for you.

I'm pretty sure I missed said flame wars but I do miss padnd being as active as it used to be, at the same time I've noticed that lately things have started picking up more and more.

Like Crazy suggests ... it's picking up slowly again. I'm fine with it being any speed, this site is free and runs for everyone to do as they like. I don't run ads or make any money off this site what-so-ever so I don't care how many people are registering. With that said, if even 2% of the people lurking would post on these forums we'd be the best community online again

I had a major surgery at the start of 2013, so recovery from that dealing with both my jobs. I still got the old one plus a civilian one now too. Kid is in college ... stuff is all. I miss the old days when we had loads of peeps on here and we would get some good conversations going. Miss throwing dice across the table too. Guess you could say time is catching up with me.

Ah hell, gunna get all misty eyed thinking when I first joined and all the changes/people. Especially seeing that CK, DiW, and Than are somewhere about here. Next you know we might see our old Jedi princess come back too.

I originally joined Planet in 2001 and oh the great fun it was. Then the riff-raff was allowed to move in, and sadly, allowed to destroy forged friendships; then, evenutally, the site itself. There was that damned stalker chick; what a psychotic addiction riddled creepozoid that followed me around the internet for several years...she was the definition of obsessed stalker for sure!!!

However, I did meet my hubby, Kaber, via Planet; so while I miss the fun, fun times; finding my soul mate and love of my life made those flame wars seem so insignificant now.

Got my wife to play a couple times.
My two oldest daughters, 12 and almost 10, play with me as DM. Sometimes I can get the 6yo to play when she's in the mood. The 3yo... Well she likes the dice.
