Buy & Selling on ToyIntercept.com
As this site's main operational priority is the selling, buying and trading of toys & collectable's. We strictly prohibit "Scalping" (which by definition refers to high priced resale of items to gain quick profit) of any items. We do not allow anyone to sell any modern and/or recently purchased toys or collectable's for more than a 50% markup beyond the retail price commonly found in stores. For example; If you would like to sell a G.I. Joe figure that is currently (or within the last year) in a Walmart/Target/ToysRus etc for the retail price of $20.00 CAD. You may only post this item for sale on ToyIntercept.com for $30.00 maximum + shipping costs.
All shipping costs are expected to be reasonable and is the seller's responsibility to not price gouge the buyer.
It is the buyer/seller's soul responsibility to determine and agree upon the best way to pay and ship any items in question. ToyIntercept takes no responsibility for any item's misplaced, shipped incorrectly, money lost, shipping damage, scammers etc unless sold directly from the ToyIntercept shop on this site. ToyIntercept recommends using PayPal.com only to transfer money to a seller as you are 100% covered in case of loss of item etc. ToyIntercept also recommends paying for tracking during shipping with insurance, just in case the item in question is lost or broken on arrival.
