Locky hops downstairs dressed in her shirt and trousers, her hair tied back with a bow she looks like a young elven girl, rather than the Semi powerful Cleric she is. Sliding alongside Jerrard she makes sure her symbol is hidden and waits for someone to ask what she wants.
"This is rather exciting." She whispers to the mage, flopping on the cushions.

The common area is much less populated that the night before, and there is no sign of Malika. Instead, a pot-bellied, balding old man sits on a stool and reads Khurish poetry for entertainment.
Wahid himself approaches them as they sit. He nods to Jerrard's order, and then asks, "And the rest of you?"

Imani, Ulster and Thuskar all give their orders, as well. Wahid nods, then departs. About ten minutes later, he returns with all of their orders and places them before the party. "If there is anything else, please let me know," he says.

Jerrard tries his to ignore Wahid, without seeming to be obvious, he eats his food quickly, barely taking tome to digest it. "Could you keep him talking, ask him what he knows of the world outside? I will be back soon." He says going to stand.

"Can I come daddy?" Locky asks with a grin, staying in her seat. "I'll ask if there is anything for Children to do." She winks, raising her hand to Wahid. "Excuse me." She calls.

"Are there any children here? In your City? I know a Clever man like you would know." She looks up at him, trying to make herself look small.

"Of course there are children here, there are many," Wahid says. "But unlike you foreigners, the children here behave. They speak to their elders with respect."

"I come from a different land, I'm sorry it makes you upset." She gives a sweet innocent smile, lowering her head and placing her hands in her lap. "Perhaps you could show me how to act, as I don't want to upset anyone? I want to respect your land."
The plan is to keep him talking for a while, hopefully distracting him.

Wahid harrumphs. "It is the responsibility of your parents to teach you how to behave, not mine." As an afterthought he adds, "Just where did your father go, anyway?"
Meanwhile, down the hall, Malika's door cracks open marginally. "Who is it?" she asks cautiously.

"Oh, he went up to his room, needed a lie down." Locky giggles, "And thank you, I will ask him instead."
