Ke'Sha asks the Elemental its name, once answered he asks Jack "Would you prefer Pyrichos to be ahead of you or to guard your backs?" Once unswered Ke'Sha guides the Elemental to fight any enemy threat on the scouting team and keep distance or 15' to avoid harming them by accident.

“I guess it's time for those who are going to go back to camp?” Stephen concentrates and a 10-foot square portal opens up against the east wall of the statue room leading to the area just outside the entrance.
“I can only keep this open for a minute, so move quickly if you don't want to take the long way back.”
<Rest assured, if there's an emergency while scouting, I still have enough power left open a portal to get the rest of you back.> Stephen sends to Jack and Landro as he steps through the portal.

Jag jumps through the portal. Ill update this post with the map we last had with where Jack wants to go.

Ke'Sha will wait for the others to pass by, then his minions and himself.

Jack swill start to back track. First up and over to the plant room, he goes to use the teleport, then stops.(red arrows)
"I am going to skip the room that we teleport to from the plant room, until you have another "Free Action" spell available Jag. I don't wish to waste an entire evening dealing with being held in place."

Making any notes on the walls about changes with some chalk, and filling in the group via mental link.
Then back following the blue arrows.

Stephen opens the portal and the group files through back into the camp.

Jack and Landro make a circuit of the discovered rooms on this floor, avoiding the plant teleporter for now. Everything here seems exactly as it was aside from the stairway leading upwards in the room just before the thornslinger chamber.

Jack will continue along with the blue arrows, I will go find more maps, he will keep in contact with the camp part of group giving them the run down of what he sees.

Axid nods to Master Stephen as he makes his way through the portal. Axid feels less oppressed outside the odd cavern. Less chaos. It feels a bit more 'right' however, being so close to this twisted puzzle is still unsettling.

On the outside Jag will go about getting dinner then have a pipe.

Jack will lead on. Unless he finds another way up he will start inspecting the stairs.

No, the ones on the right go down, and those areas were only observed by Mourkol. The New stairs going up are not on the old map. They are just below the base of the far-left red arrow. A new picture may help. Here we go...[/ooc]

Jack returns to the new stair, spending several minutes examining the first 10 steps and finding them free of traps

He will make his way up, continuing with caution.
