Strange behaviour... but you can't look into people's heads. If we were overpowering him (let's face it, the posting pace especially in the pod-caverns has been hard to keep up to), he could have let us know in time...

Well, the hope is Robbo and I can find a game together. We used to game together years ago and came here so we could actually play as PC's in the same campaign for once.

Well, if you like Dragonlance at all, there are four openings in my War of the Lance (Chronicles) game. And we've really only just begun, we're still in chapter one of the first module.

There's also my Pod-Caverns game. We're sort of in the thick of that one, though. You could join and take over Elvenoff's paladin and Shay the thief, two abandoned PCs that I've been stuck with for now, and then roll up new characters for the second module. Or just wait until the second adventure and join then, but...that could be awhile. I can't say with any certainty how long. Possibly a month or two, depending on how things play out.

Beyond that...hmm, well, I do have a couple of modules PDFs I downloaded ages ago that aren't setting specific that I've never used. One is Night Below, and it's a big module that is designed to take players from 1st to 10th level. I think the whole thing is one big, massive dungeon crawl.

I also have Palace of the Silver Princess, which is actually a Basic module for levels 1-3, so I'd need to convert to 2E first. This one actually comes with pre-gens, in case you're too lazy to roll up your own characters. I think it's setting neutral, as well (by which I mean not designed for any specific setting).

I actually have almost EVERY module TSR/Wizards put out for 1e/2e in PDF format along with every Dungeon until 3e came in.. (there is an index somewhere...)

An idea, a module forum, with the same players, but sharing DM duties...? I would be up for it, who else is interested?

Gunter and Seraos could be ported there if you still have thier sheets?

I would definitely be into keeping Gunter going...I had originally wanted a Ranger but didn't roll well enough (2e is a cruel mistress, indeed) and downgraded to a basic fighter with the Local Hero kit and was actually getting into the role!

JadedDM that's funny you mentioned Night Below, I literally JUST started running it IRL a couple of weeks ago. The group has just made it into town after fighting off the highwaymen.

I think that module idea sounds great...my main goal is just to get into a game with THE MUFFIN MAN as we've been playing together since the late 90's but never on the same side of the screen. I liked the group dynamic the four of us were starting to get before the plug got pulled. More than willing to participate in some low level modules and at some point take over DM duty for a game once I get a bit more of a handle on the PBMB method (ie: running combats, etc.)

I liked the original idea of the Ranger and the Thief scouting out ahead of the party and just raising holy hell. Obviously, I wouldn't mind revisiting that dynamic in another game. I'm not too familiar with Dragonlance but it seems easy enough to pick up. I also think I would personally prefer to just wait for a 2nd module to begin other than taking over some other characters.

In regards to the homeless Shadows PC's they could easily be ported into another place, it should be easy enough to write from where we were to another adventure...

So, we have four players, I can find pretty much any adventure, seriously pick one from the TSR back catalog and I can provide it...

So its a simple case of who starts as DM, if Breila is up for it.
