Our privacy policy is very simple. We never collect any information about you unless you volunteer it and we never share that information with anyone else, period. If you provide your email address on our site, you do so freely. We only use it for our free mailing list or when you request a reply.

We have a zero tolerance spam policy! We have gone out of our way to protect your identity and respect your privacy while visiting our Web site, that is unless you provide your email through one of PlanetADND's visible submissions sections. When doing so, you knowingly acknowledge that all others visiting our site can see your private email address.

"Contact Us". If you send us a question or comment via our "Contact Us" links, any information you provide will be used only to take action on your concern, and will then be deleted. Personal information collected via this form will never be shared with other individuals or companies.

"Refer This Page" form. If you send another person a link from our refer link message form, all personal information that you provide will be included in the message, but not kept secure.

"Feedback" form. Any information that you provide when sending us feedback will be used only to better our site. All suggestions are taken to heart and any complaints will be brought forth amongst the staff for immediate consideration. When necessary, this information may be shared with the company whose conduct is in question. Depending on the outcome of the suggestion or complaint, certain information may be kept on file for administrative purposes, but will never be shared with other companies.

"Signing Our Archives". Information collected in our guestbook is provided freely and anyone who visits our website can view these submissions free of choice. All emails are visible and able to use by anyone who chooses to do so. If you do not want others using this email, please do not provide a real address.

"The Tavern". This is our chat room which is provided to us through chatplanetz.com. It is a free web-based chatroom, thus all information provided by users is UN-secure and is not our responsibility. Use at your own risk!

"Add To Story"(line by line). When you use this submission form all information submitted goes directly into our data base although the email provided is again provided at the users own risk.

"Free Membership Form". Information collected via our members form is a processed membership application and is then sent to the appropriate email folder which is stored locally for approval. None of the information will ever be shared with other individuals and/or companies.
